Vancouver's Friendly Airport Student Transportation Service!

Beaton's Meet and Greet has been welcoming International Students to Vancouver and the Lower Mainland since 1994. We are now serving communities from Vancouver to Whistler and the Southern part of Vancouver Island (including Victoria). Look for our distinctive banner with the red maple leaves.

We serve over 15 schools in the Lower Mainland and Squamish, including public and private colleges, school boards and many private ESL schools.  We also provide transfer assistance for students attending schools as far away as Vancouver Island, Whistler, and the Sunshine Coast.

We are licensed under the Passenger Transportation Board to transport ESL students and attendants to and from the airport. We can also take students on outings as requested by the schools and homestay agencies.  Our drivers are handpicked for kindness, courtesy and reliability. They are all mature individuals with proven records in customer care, mostly women, who are often viewed by newcomers to Canada as surrogate mothers/grandmothers on behalf of the ESL schools in Vancouver.

Every driver also completes a criminal record check before we employ them, and has a valid Class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record. We offer first aid training to our drivers and keep them up-to-date on activities in tourism.

Our Mission is to provide safe, reliable transportation to ESL students and attendants. As a company founded on Christian Principles, we treat both our customers and staff fairly and equitably and aim to respect each person's pride and dignity regardless of race, religion or creed.
